Traders at Mutindwa Market have now started building near the Bidii Primary School walls against regulations.
Pressure from demolition by Kenya Railways Corporation and laxity by the school’s administration has meant that some traders are beginning to use the walls of the school as storage for their unsold goods.
Umoja News recently saw that a Safaricom booth had been installed close to the school wall.
The perimeter wire fire that separated the market to the wall has also been vandalised and stepped on in some sections.
This has made it easy for encroachment.
