Two days ago, two men on a motorbike dumped a badly injured man at a clinic in Dandora.
Immediate investigations revealed the man had died from excessive bleeding. He had a deep cut on his forehead.
The men left the body at the entrance and jumped on the motorcycle before speeding off.
Police were called to the clinic and took the body to the mortuary.
Nairobi deputy police boss James Mugera said they were yet to identify the victim.
“We are waiting for the postmortem to tell us how he died and fingerprint reports to identify him,” he said.
He said they suspect the man was known to the two men who dumped him at the clinic and they may have been injured during a mission gone bad.
Police are running through footages captured on security cameras in the area in efforts to trace the two riders.
Investigations ongoing.
