A city commuter, Andrew Masika has accused a Double M bus crew of theft.
“Rude ma3 crew this morning at around 1615hrs. From umoja1 to Kencom. Conductor refusing to give passengers their fare balances (change). Using vulgar language. @Double mbusservices.”, Mr Masika wrote on Twitter.
Umoja News could not confirm the veracity of the case.
Such cases of rogue crew have become rampant since the owner of the buses died.
Vehicle conditions have continued to deteriorate, crew have become increasingly anti-customer, and drivers are more likely to drive carelessly. This is a complete opposite direction from what Double M used to be.
The offending bus is of registration number KBQ 144J operating from Umoja 1 Estate to Kencom stage Nairobi.
