Kileleshwa Member of County Assembly (MCA) Robert Alai alleges that former Embakasi West Member of National Assembly George Theuri planned and facilitated the Monday attacks on properties belonging to former President Uhuru Kenyatta and Azimio La Umoja leader Raila Odinga.
