This is not the first time that such complaints have come to the fore.
Gaming site Betika is accused of deleting a stake slip that has used Sh1 to bet and won over Sh56,000.
“Young lads wanajaribu kuweka mhindi ICU na shilingi moja buana inabidi mhindi amedelete slip, @betikaKe lipeni hawa vijana buana, ata kama ni ¾ nisawa, wamewasamehea”, a Twitter user said while sharing some screenshots.
The screenshots shared showed the gambler has staked the games before the FIFA World Cup final match between Argentina and France.
“Good evening, I hope you’re doing well bane , niko stressed and I need your help kindly. Before worldcup ianze I placed a shikisha bet on Betika on which country will win the world cup. On 18 November 2022 I won the bet but betika is reluctant to settle my bet. Kindly expose betika , we are many who were affected but we have explored all our options,” the gambler wrote.
Betika had not responded to the tweet by the time of going to press.
However, their behavior seems to be that, deleting stakes by low stakers that win big money.
