A man went on the rampage and brutally killed his wife and two children before committing suicide over an M-Pesa text message in Umoja.
The man also stabbed and injured a neighbour who tried to intervene in the Friday incident. Police say the 28-year-old man got into a quarrel with his wife before he attacked her.
Reports said he stumbled on a message he claimed showed the woman frequently received money from another man. Police boss Japheth Koome said this led to an argument that turned tragic.
